Jill Bowman

Finance & Client Experience Manager

Growing up in Western Sydney. Jill has moved around lived up the Central Coast and Carlingford for numerous years before relocating my family to the Canberra region in 2017, for quieter surroundings. Jill has two daughters, with one starting high school this year (let the roller coaster ride begin).

Jill has built a career around her want to help people with extensive experience in customer service.  Starting her career at the Cheesecake shop as a teenager selling hundreds of Pavlovas over the Christmas Periods, before completing school and then finding employment as a receptionist with a construction company. It was there where she was promoted Accounts roles which she transitioned across to the Optical industry where she became a qualified dispenser. In this role she conducted administrative and accounts tasks which led her on to complete her Bookkeeping certificate in 2018.

Commencing with Twenty 20 Risk in February of 2023 as the Finance Manager, Jill has helped build the business and show support to Brett, Qian, Candice, along with all those involved with the company for these past few years. In December 2024, Jill has then added the role of Client Experience Manager to use her experience in customer service to help take the Twenty 20 Risk Navigators service to our customers to the higher levels.  Jill is a great listener and is driven by her love to help others, reduce stress and worry from their lives.

When Jill is not working, she loves spending time with my family going swimming, camping, exploring new areas, but mostly spending a lot of her time helping her daughters with their education and watching her youngest at Gymnastics.

In line with Twenty20 Risk Navigators core values of helping in the community, Jill loves volunteering and helping others.  She will often volunteer her daughters’ schools and working with the local PCYC.

Outside of all that, in her limited time, Jill loves reading books, doing puzzles, and helping her daughters with Lego building.
